Within the scope of the relationship I have established with İzmir Tınaztepe University for cooperation, participation in activities or trainings held at İzmir Tınaztepe University or for any other reason; By the Higher Education Institution (YÖK) to inform and communicate with all kinds of communication tools, including electronic means related to the purpose of the relationship I have established, to perform the actions arising from the established relationship and to fulfill the obligations, to provide information about the activities I am involved in. I expressly consent to the collection, use, disclosure, transfer and processing for statistical or scientific research, in order to meet the obligations imposed by or other administrative or judicial authorities, without prejudice to my rights under the legislation.

To obtain, protect, process and transfer the personal data that I may obtain due to the relationship I have established with İzmir Tınaztepe University, in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and with explicit consent; to immediately delete the personal data that I have obtained without express consent or illegally and to notify the University Personal Data Officer Representative; I accept, declare and undertake that in case of detection of the opposite situation, those whose data are violated or that a sanction is imposed by the Personal Data Protection Board and other administrative and judicial bodies, and that the University is harmed, to compensate for this damage, and in such a case, I also know that the criminal responsibility belongs to me. .
